America World Adoption is a non profit Christian adoption agency that has been faithfully helping bring orphans home to Christian families for 25 years. They not only provide adoption services, they:
- Provide free counseling to post adoptive families
- Run orphan care missions trips around the globe
- Train orphanage staff on techniques for caring for children with special needs
- Advocate for and educate families on various medical special needs commonly seen in waiting children thereby enabling more children to be adopted.
They have an especially important place in in my heart because America World assisted my husband and I in our son Zach's adoption. Despite many ups and downs, Zach has been such a blessing to so many around him with his cute crooked smile, goofy sense of humor and resilience. I'm so thankful that I can look at my son's face and know that he's not only adopted by the Armentrout family but more importantly by our Heavenly Father.
